The wood-fired oven has been used here since 1956. And the 15-meter brick chimney is still the same we currently use to make pizzas. A place with a history of pasta, flour, fire and firewood, in a tradition to which we now give new life.
With the finest ingredients, Neapolitan 00 flour, San Marzano tomato and Fior di Latte mozzarella – all imported from Italy – but above all with our Neapolitan chef pizzaiolo, we are guaranteed a product full of flavor and high quality.
